EMS Microsoft Exchange Room Integration (ERI)
Exchange Room Integration enables three primary use cases:

Self-serve Video Conferencing – Enable users to book a room in EMS and automatically have the room mailbox invited.

Integration with Third-party Exchange Integrated Signage – Room and desk signs that leverage Exchange room mailbox calendars to display their schedule can be used with EMS.

Native Outlook Bookings – Bookings and modifications made using Exchange room mailboxes in non-EMS access points such as MS Outlook, Apple Calendar, and so on can synchronize into EMS when 2-way ERI is enabled.
